Megan Bleakley

Staff Counselor

Megan and her husband have been married since 2000 and have two children who keep them on their toes. They moved to Charlottesville in May of 2006 after many years in the Chicagoland area. Megan is an avid horse lover, loves spending time with her kids and friends and enjoys leading worship in her church community. Megan received her Master's in Counseling from DePaul University (Chicago, IL) and began her clinical training in Evanston, IL. Megan is a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and over the years, has worked in outpatient, in-home and social work settings and has a wide variety of experience working with teens and adults. Megan is passionate about helping people heal, grow and find deeper meaning and freedom in their lives. Megan enjoys working with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, past abuse, trauma, relationship difficulties and overcoming fear.
